About Wassiya

Islamic estate planning for Canadian Muslims

Wassiya helps Canadian Muslims create legally-grounded wills and estate documents that respect both Islamic inheritance rules and provincial law — through a simple, guided process.

Our Mission

Writing a will is one of the most important acts a Muslim can do for their family. Yet most Canadian Muslims either delay it or use generic templates that don't reflect Islamic inheritance law.

Wassiya bridges that gap. We built a guided, step-by-step wizard that asks only what matters — your family structure, assets, wishes — and produces a written will document aligned with Islamic principles and Canadian provincial requirements.

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We are a document-generation platform that combines Islamic inheritance logic with provincial signing and witnessing guidance, so your family is never left without direction.

How It Works

Create your account

Register and verify your email address to get started.

2

Complete the guided wizard

Answer questions across 10 structured steps covering heirs, assets, bequests, executors, funeral wishes, and more.

3

Preview your full will document before confirming. Make changes at any time.

4

Your will is generated as a ready-to-print PDF. Sign it following your province's rules — with witnesses or a notary.
